Days Fifteen - Seventeen

Travel days have made updating impossible.  Left Denver Friday evening and spent 2 days with Annie in Cleveland debriefing my experience.  Arrived back in Erie and enjoyed a wonderful reunion with my family.   I'll update more in the days to come but let me say this.  If you need help with something.  Perhaps some area of your life that you have been really been struggling with.  Get help.  It won't go away on its own.
